Boat Docks
Individual unit owners have “Exclusive Rights to Use” the boat docks. These rights DO NOT include ownership of the submerged land (docks are not deeded).
Change in Exclusive Rights Ownership or Lease of boat docks requires completion of an Application and Board approval.
