Paradise Harbour offers a range of convenient and enjoyable amenities designed to enhance your coastal lifestyle. Residents can relax by the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and gather in the clubhouse, which features a full kitchen, billiard room, fitness center, and separate men’s and women’s restrooms.
Enjoy the outdoors and fish from the dock along the Intracoastal Waterway or dock your boat on the scenic Earman River. The community also features a Weber propane grill for outdoor cooking and two laundry rooms within the building for added convenience.
Everything you need is right here in Paradise!
Note: Amenities are shared with 105 Paradise Harbour Blvd.
CLUBHOUSE*
The clubhouse, featuring tropical décor, is available for both community gatherings and private parties or events.
Note: A Reservation Form is required to reserve the clubhouse.
KITCHEN*
The clubhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy and convenient to host your party or event.
Note: The range is for heating only. Cooking is not permitted.
POOL*
Relax by the pool while taking in stunning views of Singer Island, Munyon Island, and the Intracoastal Waterway.
For security, the pool area is gated and requires a key for access.
BILLIARD ROOM*
Step into the billiard room and enjoy a game of pool in a relaxed setting.
EXCERCISE ROOM*
Stay active in our fitness room while enjoying scenic views that inspire.
Note: An Exercise Room Waiver is required for access.
FISHING DOCK*
The fishing dock features a convenient cleaning station and underwater lights for evening enjoyment.
Note: Jumping or diving off the dock is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
BOAT DOCKS
Owners and renters may lease a dock from owners who hold exclusive docking rights, subject to availability.

Calling all grill masters who love a view! The community Weber propane grill is available exclusively for residents of Paradise Harbour.
